Welcome to OQVERIN. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OQVERIN website, applications, and services, including the AI Test Automation Generator, ROI Analyser, and any future OQVERIN products (collectively, the "Services").

1. About OQVERIN

OQVERIN is an AI-powered Quality Engineering platform designed to help software professionals accelerate test automation, improve quality engineering practices, and estimate automation return on investment through intelligent tools and services.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.
 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account.
 

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Access may automatically expire at the end of the trial period unless a paid
  subscription is activated.
   

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some Services require a paid subscription.

Where applicable:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance.

• Pricing is displayed before purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period.

• Taxes may apply depending on your location.
   

Enterprise customers may be invoiced under separate commercial agreements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to OQVERIN systems.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services.

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services without written permission.

• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the platform.

• Share your account credentials with others.
   

OQVERIN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
 

7. AI-Generated Content

OQVERIN uses Artificial Intelligence to generate software testing frameworks, recommendations, calculations, and other outputs.
 

While OQVERIN aims to produce high-quality results:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions.

• Generated frameworks should be reviewed and validated before use in production environments.

• Users remain solely responsible for testing, reviewing, and approving all generated outputs.

OQVERIN does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for every project.
 

8. Intellectual Property

OQVERIN, including its software, branding, logos, website design, documentation, and content, is the intellectual property of OQVERIN and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
 

Subject to your subscription, OQVERIN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence/accesss to use the Services.
 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercialise the OQVERIN platform without prior written permission.
 

9. Generated Frameworks

Frameworks and other outputs generated using OQVERIN are intended for use within your own software development and testing activities.
 

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing generated code.

• Ensuring compliance with your organisation's standards.

• Performing appropriate testing before deployment.
   

10. Service Availability

OQVERIN aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
 

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance

• Infrastructure upgrades

• Third-party service outages

• Internet connectivity issues

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
   

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OQVERIN shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Loss of business

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

12. Termination

OQVERIN may suspend or terminate access if:

• Subscription payments are not received.

• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

• Continued access presents a security or legal risk.
